These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kru mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using Kru, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Kru provides guided Muay Thai / combat-sports training tools, including configurable workouts, combo building, workout history, and an on-device voice coach. Features may change over time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Kru.
You sign in with Apple or Google; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Provide accurate information and keep your credentials with the sign-in provider secure.

3. Not medical or professional advice

Kru is for fitness and training education only. It is not medical, therapeutic, or professional coaching advice. Consult a physician before starting a new exercise program. Train in a safe space and use proper technique and equipment. You assume all risk for injuries arising from your use of the Service.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid Premium subscription purchased through the Apple App Store.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
Prices and plan lengths are shown in the app and/or App Store listing and may change for future periods where allowed by the store.

5. License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Kru for your own training. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
Misrepresent your identity or attempt to access another user’s account
Circumvent subscription, rate limits, or security controls

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create in Kru (for example custom combos). You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

7. Intellectual property

Kru, including its branding, UI, and software (excluding your content), is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC TRAINING GOALS.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR TRAINING PROGRESS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

You may stop using Kru at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by nature should survive (including disclaimers and limitations) will survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
