This Privacy Policy explains how Kru (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares
information when you use the Kru mobile application and related services (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Kru, we may collect:

Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive
identifiers and basic profile details the provider shares with us (such as a provider user
ID, and optionally name or email when you choose to share them). We do not use passwords.

Training and profile data. Workouts, combos, training preferences,
sessions, and similar content you create or complete in the app.

Onboarding analytics. Anonymous or pseudonymous onboarding events
(including a session identifier) to understand drop-off and improve the experience. After
you sign in, we may link that session to your account.

Subscription and purchase data. Premium entitlement status processed via
Apple (App Store) and RevenueCat. We receive whether a subscription is active; payment card
details stay with Apple.

Technical data. Basic device and diagnostics information needed to operate
the Service (for example app version, OS, crash or error signals where available).
2. Information we do not collect

Coach voice audio. Workout callouts use on-device text-to-speech. We do not
upload your microphone audio for coaching.

Passwords. Authentication is OAuth-only (Apple Sign-In and Google Sign-In).
3. How we use information

- Process and verify Premium subscriptions
- Improve onboarding and product quality
- Provide support and comply with legal obligations
4. How we share information
We share information with service providers only as needed to run Kru, including:
- Apple / Google — sign-in and (for Apple) in-app purchases
- RevenueCat — subscription entitlement management
- Hosting / database providers — storing account and workout data securely
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to
protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the Service and its users.
5. Data retention
We retain account and training data while your account is active and as needed to provide the
Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting
us at the email above. We may retain limited information when required for legal, security, or
fraud-prevention purposes.
6. Your choices
- Disconnect or revoke Apple/Google access in your device or provider settings
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us
7. Children
Kru is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information
from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we
will take appropriate steps to delete it.
8. International users
We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers
operate. If you use Kru from another region, you consent to that processing as described in
this policy.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this
page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you
accept the updated policy.
